Since it is designed with aluminum material, the cabinet is relatively light and slim than the traditional one. The 1m by 1m panel size can be easily assembled and the weight of each is 16kgs/sqm. And the thickness is 83mm.
In order to meet more needs of different areas, we also designed other two sizes for options. 1m x 0.5m, 1.5m x1m.
The pixel pitch P3.9-P7.8, P5.2-P10.4 and P10.4 are available.
Aluminum material.
The lCs on our module are distributed in the middle and both sides, so that the heat dissipation will be more uniform. However, other suppliers concentrate lCs only near the side of the power box, which will cause the temperature around to be too high and there would be risks.
Meanwhile, the hollowness of the transparent screen itself also accelerates heat dissipation.
With the lCs distributed in the middle and both sides of the module, the brightness will be more uniform and higher than that of the products in the market. And the signal transmission will be stronger.
To achieve better transparency, our light bars are designed narrower, compared with others in the market. Because we have special design on PCBboards with different pixels. For pixel P3.9, the PCB board is designed with eight layers(most suppliers just design six layers), which makes wires denser, anti-interference stronger, and can achieve narrower light bars.
Front access design which is more convenient for installation. The modules, power supply, receiving card, and other components can be disassembled from the front, which is convenient to maintain the screen.
Traditional rear access is also available. You could choose each one according to the actual situation.
For the waterproof, we also made many special designs to ensure that the screen can adapt to the outdoor environment:
All exposed materials are waterproof and UV resistant.
Our outdoor connivers are plugged in from the right and left sides of the power box. While other suppliers design the connivers from top to bottom. which is less waterproof.
The power box is designed with a waterproof groove.
Additional options for dustproof mask and louver.
The mask can prevent dust and protect lights.
The louver can block the backlight, and keep ventilating at the same time, and it also can increase the contrast of the screen.
