Starting from the date of product installation and acceptance inspection, if there is a problem with your screen, we will provide remote support to guide troubleshooting.
If there are any issues with the display module during the warranty period, you also can choose to send it back to the factory for repair. Once the test is correct, we will send it back to you.

Hardware Issues: If the problem is identified as a hardware defect, carefully package and send the defective parts to KMT. Make sure to label the parts clearly to facilitate identification.
Repair and Replacement: Once we receive the defective parts, our technical team will conduct a comprehensive assessment. We will either repair the defective parts or replace them with new or refurbished components to ensure the optimal performance of your LED display.
Warranty Coverage:The two-year warranty encompasses all modules, cabinets, control hardware, fans, and power supply units. Additionally, free updates for the control software are provided. Prior to order confirmation, KMT will supply an adequate quantity of extra spare parts, including power suppliers, control cards, LED modules, and cables. We will also offer professional suggestions regarding parts that are prone to wear and tear.
Warranty Confirmation:The production batch number on the modules serves as an indicator to determine whether the LED display is covered by a two-year warranty.
Applicable Limited Warranty Period:Duing the applicable Limited Warranty Period, we will replace or repair any defective parts. However, this does not cover the following situations (please refer to "DAMAGES NOT COVERED" below).
Damages resulting from unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, damages, whether accidental or intentional, inflicted by the user are not covered.
Damages caused by electrical power surges, electrical power failures, negligence, or improper use of the product.
Damages due to severe weather conditions, extensive water damage (such as complete submersion), wind damage, or any other causes that are beyond our reasonable control.
During Warranty Period: The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the item to our company. Once received, we will repair or replace any malfunctioning parts at no charge. Additionally, we will shoulder the shipping expenses from our company back to your location.
After Warranty Expiration: All shipping costs will be borne by the user. Moreover, we will levy a reasonable fee for new or refurbished parts required to replace the defective components.
Based on customer requests, KMT will offer field services to customers. These services include on-site installation guidance, training, on-site troubleshooting, and maintenance. Please note that this service will incur additional charges. For details regarding the costs, please get in touch with your sales representative.
The calculation of service days starts from the date when the engineer leaves the service base and concludes on the date of their return to the service base.
Customers are responsible for covering relevant expenses, such as visa fees, hotel accommodation, meals, round-trip air tickets. Moreover, we would appreciate it if your esteemed company could assist in arranging the visas for our staff.
After the installation, repair, or maintenance of the display screen, an operation test will be carried out for acceptance purposes. Both the customer and our field service engineer need to sign the Acceptance Confirmation to confirm that the LED display is functioning properly.
Furthermore, customers can send their engineers with basic knowledge of electronics and computers to our factory. We will provide one week of free training. Additionally, we can also offer training on maintenance, repair, or replacement at a certain charge.
